DeFoor Realty is a friendly, family-owned business outside of Augusta, GA. The company started by selling land in three counties. It has grown to sell lakefront, homes, and mountain lots in addition to land in three states! DeFoor's main office is located in Appling, only a couple of miles from the lake.

Lloyd DeFoor, owner and managing broker, is licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. He has been in business for over three decades and has led DeFoor Realty in dependability and honesty. Lloyd's agents and office staff are dedicated and ready to help you with all of your real estate needs. DeFoor Realty is a member in good standing of the Augusta Multiple Listing Service and Classic Board of Realtors. This allows DeFoor's agents to easily access any real estate company's listings.
