DeFoor Realty is a friendly, family-owned business outside of Augusta, GA. The company started by selling land in three counties. It has grown to sell lakefront, homes, and mountain lots in addition to land in three states! DeFoor has offices in Appling, Grovetown, and Lincolnton.

Lloyd DeFoor, owner and managing broker, is licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. He has been in business for over three decades and has led DeFoor Realty in dependability and honesty. Lloyd's agents and office staff are dedicated and ready to help you with all of your real estate needs. DEFOOR IN THE COMMUNITY: DeFoor Realty cares about the community. DeFoor has donated land lots to Habitat for Humanity.
